SPBD is a network of microfinance organizations working in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and the Solomon Islands dedicated to eradicating poverty by empowering women in poor rural villages with the opportunity to start, grow and maintain sustainable, income generating micro-enterprises.

Minh is working to influence donors and social investors on access to finance and financial inclusion issues for the poor at CGAP - the World Bank. Prior to the World Bank, Minh was the Director of the HEC Executive MBA. He was in charge of strategic development, change management, academic oversight and delivery of the EMBA. He oversaw the revamp of the curriculum and participated in the internationalization of the degree. He was the COO of PlaNet Finance Advisory Services (PFAS) – the Paris-based microfinance technical assistance and consulting firm. Prior to PFAS, he was the Managing Director of Planet Rating. Before that, he was the General Manager of SPBD - a microfinance institution based in Samoa where he is a current Board member. A former JP Morgan Chase investment banker and former EDC Manager, Minh developed strong origination, analytical, structuring and arrangement skills. Minh received a MBA from The Thunderbird Global School of Management. Specialties: Change management, complexity management, financial inclusion, SME finance, innovation in emerging markets.
