Founder, President

Greg is the Founder of SPBD Microfinance Network, the leading microfinance institution in the Pacific Islands. He is also the Founder of MicroDreams, a microfinance acceleration fund, and Transformative Ventures a Microfinance advisory company.

Greg serves on multiple microfinance industry boards in the US, Europe and Pacific. In 2008, Greg was named “Person of the Year” in Samoa for his microfinance leadership.

Greg is also a founding director of the Ice Angels, Australasia’s largest angel investor group and serves as Chairman of three diverse New Zealand software firms.

Prior to these ventures, Greg recorded significant achievement with Ford, Mazda, and Coopers&Lybrand. He led teams in the U.S., Japan and Europe and was honored to be the youngest-ever Buchou (Division General Manager) of any major Japanese corporation.

Greg has an MBA from Kellogg, an MS from NYU Stern, a BA from Colgate University and is a CPA.
